The Winter Woods Home Owner’s Association Board of Directors meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month from August to May each year. There are no meetings in June or July.
The meetings are open to all homeowners. See the newsletter for more information. HOA members and non-members are welcome and you could even pay your $25/year at the meeting if you choose.
Renters are welcome to attend. After all, you live here and can be part of helping your neighborhood improve.
