Halloween is traditionally from about 6 PM (or dark) until about 9 PM. All "Trick or Treating" should be completed PRIOR to 10 PM.
Don't forget to set your clocks BACK one hour at 2 A.M. Everyone thought that we would be on Daylight time year around, but it hasn't happened as yet. We will have to set the clocks ahead in the Spring at least one more time.
The Winter Woods Home Owner's Association Board of Directors meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month from August to May each year. There are no meetings in June or July.
